- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- A Thumb sized piece of ginger grated
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 400 g peeled king prawns raw
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tin Coconut milk
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree.
