These brownies are real favourite and very moreish! You’ll find a lovely fudgy centre, you might have to hide them though as they won’t hang around for long!

INGREDIENTS
- 240 g Almond butter
- 5 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 40 g Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
HOW TO MAKE
- Preheat the oven to 160/140 fan/gas mark 3.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond butter, maple syrup, egg, coconut oil and vanilla.
- Stir in the cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Pour the batter into a prepared 9-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes, until the brownie is done, but still soft in the middle and a skewer comes out clean.
