A perfect sweet treat, dairy free and gluten free and a very healthy alternative to refined sugar laden mousses.
- 1 Very ripe avocado cut into quarters
- 1 tin Coconut milk chilled in the fridge for at least 3 hours - preferably overnight
- 30 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
