Chocolate and almonds, a great flavour combination not to be missed! This mousse is so quick and easy to make it’s bound to impress. Make sure you use dark chocolate which contains around 80% cocoa solids, as typically anything less contains added sugar.
- 1 tin Coconut milk chilled for 8 hours
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 45 g dark chocolate at least 80% cocoa
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
